handblown recycled glass from kenya and reclaimed, silver-plated metal worked in india take the form of suspended droplets, echoing water in its transient state. presented upon melting ice, the objects mirrored the gradual dissolution of their supporting surface; an exploration of time, transformation and the fragile nature of permanence.

originally conceived as a physical installation, the work now extends into a digital presentation, where each object activates a distinct droplet sound upon interaction. the melting ice is reinterpreted as a responsive soundscape, allowing the experience of impermanence to continue beyond its original physical form.
