all payments made against the purchases/services on devanshijainofficial.com by you shall be as against the mrp displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party online payment gateway services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by devanshi jain official. before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to govt. issued id and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase.

payments are accepted via credit card, debit card and the other payment methods displayed at checkout, through our third-party payment partners. all payments are processed on our payment partners’ secure, encrypted pages: your card details are entered directly with them and are never seen or stored by djo.

when placing an order, your billing details must match those held by your card issuer or bank, or we may not be able to process your order.

please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. devanshi jain official reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. we will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

• an incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

if your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at info@devanshijainofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

• order number
• delivery address
• specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

we’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original invoice.

if there is genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value after we receive the product at our atelier, following an inspection & quality check.

all returns/exchange courier charges to our atelier are borne by the customer. on delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges.

djo unfortunately will not be able to entertain return request post 48 hours of delivery.

made-to-order, custom and commissioned pieces

made-to-order, custom and commissioned pieces are handcrafted after your order is confirmed, and the processing times and delivery estimates set out below do not apply to them.

timelines for these pieces depend on the nature of each work, including its design and complexity, the materials and their sourcing, the artisans and techniques involved, any fittings, consultations or approvals required, and the atelier’s production schedule. an estimated timeline will be shared with you when your order or commission is confirmed, or stated on the product page, and we will keep you informed of its progress.

any such timeline is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. where a change is expected, we will contact you as soon as possible.

shipment processing time

all orders are processed within 2-3 business days, depending upon the availability of the product. orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

shipping rates & delivery estimates

shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within delhi, ncr. delivery delays can occasionally occur.

shipment to p.o. boxes or apo/fpo addresses

devanshi jain official ships to addresses within the india & abroad, and apo/fpo/dpo addresses.

shipment confirmation & order tracking

you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

customs, duties and taxes

djo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

damages

djo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

damages

djo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

as part of djo’s continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that djo may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the services and/or products to you or to users generally at djo’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. you may stop using the services and/or products at any time however, you may specifically inform djo when you stop using the services and/or products

you acknowledge and agree that if djo disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the services and/or products, your account details or any files or other content, which is contained in your account.

when these terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations, and liabilities that you and djo have benefited from, been subject to (or which have accrued over time whilst the terms have been in force), or which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, and the provisions of this agreement shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations, and liabilities indefinitely.

if any disagreement or dispute arises regarding these terms or any rights or obligations conveyed hereunder, the disagreement shall be resolved, whenever possible, by mediation. if such efforts are unsuccessful, either you or djo (collectively “parties” or individually “party”) shall seek a resolution in court of competent jurisdiction in delhi, india.

the terms, and your relationship with devanshi jain official under the terms, shall be governed by the laws of india without regard to conflict of laws/ provisions. you and devanshi jain official agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in new delhi, india to resolve any legal matter arising from the terms. notwithstanding this, you agree that devanshi jain official shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

if any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the terms without affecting the rest of the terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
